Builder packages are selected by the project builder. The HTML builder provides @html as a source-backed compile-time helper package and @web/canvas as a binding-backed runtime drawing package.
Both ship as early skeletons and will grow as the language stabilises and the standard library expands. The progress matrix owns current support status.
